This Is For You If:

  • You have at least 2-years’ experience working for another painting contractor ( or, if you have the basic skills but not much experience, we can help move you from a beginning painter to a skilled painter as quickly as you are motivated to learn).

  • You feel unfulfilled at your present place of employment

We have full-time openings for:

  • Lead Painters; $24-$30/hour

  • Mid-level Painters; $20-$24/hour

  • Beginning Painters; $17-$20/hour

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years to be considered for a lead

  • Strong work ethic and desire to improve

  • A commitment to results without excuses

  • Able to follow directions

  • A good DMV driving record and ability to arrive on time at projects

  • No physical limitations to performing regular painting tasks, such as lifting 50+lbs, working at heights, bending and kneeling

  • Passion for improving and being the best

  • If you have some experience it is a big plus but, if you are a quick learner and follow directions, we’d like to talk to you.

  • Levels of fluency in English is a plus
